Menzshed were asked by a local school to build some sensory pods. There are children on the spectrum who sometimes find it all too overwhelming in the classroom and the sensory nooks are for them to be in a quiet reflective environment. The nooks are in quiet rooms, not in the classroom and have proved to be very useful; the children love them.
