Menzshed recently received call from Monika at DOC to see if we would be able to manufacture 3 Picnic tables & 3 bench seats that they were to place on the Gorge walk track.
A team of up to 8 Shreddies worked on the project with a bit of competition between the Tuesday & Weds groups.
Due to the fact that our entry door limits the size of projects undertaken we had to take some parts of the finished seats to get them out of the door.
Monika and her helper arrived with a trailer which she backed in from the road and so started the first of 3 trips to pick them up.
The Tables and seats were helicopter-positioned on the gorge track and installed by DOC.
Another very successful project for the Shed and a very appreciative DOC.
